Duration: Temporary internship up to July 26.

Location: Gurgaon

We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Intern to support the AR team during a temporary capacity gap. The intern will assist with routine AR activities, follow-ups, and reporting to ensure day-to-day processes continue smoothly. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to AR operations and understand end-to-end receivables management in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the AR team with daily operational tasks such as data entry, updating receivable records, and maintaining trackers.
• Assist with customer follow-ups for outstanding payments under team guidance.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer and invoice data in systems and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) for invoice clarifications and payment updates.
• Provide support to team members.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Must be based in Delhi NCR.
• Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Commerce.
• Basic understanding of accounting and billing concepts.
• Good communication skills, especially for professional email drafting and follow-ups.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
