What you will be doing...
• Delivering O2C activities in line with service level agreements, managing tickets and queries to ensure timely, high-quality resolution
• Supporting month-end processes through reconciliations and reporting to enable accurate financial close
• Investigating and resolving variances, working with internal teams and external partners to reach effective outcomes
• Monitoring and clearing unallocated receipts and balances to maintain accurate financial records
• Preparing payment files efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
• Contributing to team KPIs with a proactive, performance-focused approach
• Building strong cross-functional relationships that foster trust, collaboration, and a sense of belonging
• Providing excellent customer and stakeholder service, adding value in every interaction
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
About you...
• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Experience in high-volume transactional finance, ideally within a Shared Services environment
• Confident working to strict financial controls and deadlines
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
• A passion for delivering first-class customer service
• Well-organised with excellent planning and time management skills
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Trustworthy, professional, and able to handle confidential information
• Self-motivated with a positive, proactive outlook
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage change effectively
• Ambitious and keen to develop your finance career, ideally with an interest in studying towards a professional qualification
