Job Description

Location: Kennewick, WA

Accounts Receivable Clerk Wage:$18-$20

Description

  • Balance, code, and process the daily deposits - includes paper checks, EFT payments, and credit card transactions
  • Prepare and process monthly billings and billing documents
  • Balancing of contract and billing values
  • Process monthly subcontract billings
  • Review and send customer statements
  • Monthly collections of past due items
  • Provide support to various departments within the company
  • May include other miscellaneous accounts receivable duties

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook
  • Knowledge in basic office equipment
  • Organizational skills
  • Multi-tasking ability

Previous construction accounting experience is beneficial but not required.

Apollo Sheet Metal officially began operations in 1981, building on a vision that originated in the mid-1970s by owner Bruce Ratchford. With a decade of experience and expertise in mechanical design and business management, Mr. Ratchford incorporated Apollo in Richland Washington, to serve the Tri-Cities’ construction needs. Since 1981, Apollo has expanded its market to include locations across the United States and multiple countries.
