Accounts Receivable Clerk

About the Role

Pixalate is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join our finance team.In this role, you will support the Senior AR Clerk with the company's billing and collections process by preparing and issuing invoices, tracking customer payments, reconciling accounts, and helping maintain healthy, predictable cash flow.You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure billing is accurate and collections are handled efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with numbers while communicating effectively across teams.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule
• Monitor customer accounts and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
• Post and reconcile incoming payments, maintaining clean and accurate records
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment related queries
• Maintain organized, audit-ready records of all AR transactions
• Generate AR aging reports and share regular updates with the finance team
• Support month-end close activities related to accounts receivable
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure billing accuracy and smooth collections

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a comparable finance role
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred, not required)
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (required)
• Sharp attention to detail with strong problem-solving instincts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-service mindset
• A self-starter who can manage deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to accommodate meetings and collaboration with teams in different regions when needed.
• Experience in SaaS, ad tech, or digital advertising is a plus
