Remote Recruitment is looking for a remote Accounts Receivable Clerk to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. You'll help keep incoming payments on track and customer accounts accurate. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

• Raise and send customer invoices accurately and on time
• Track incoming payments and allocate them to accounts
• Follow up on overdue invoices politely and professionally
• Reconcile customer accounts and flag discrepancies
• Keep clear records and support month-end reporting

What you'll need

• Experience with accounts receivable or bookkeeping tasks
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and numbers
• Clear written and spoken English
• A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
