We’re Hiring! Accounts Receivable Clerk

PIPESTONE – Helping Farmers

Do you enjoy working with numbers, solving problems, and supporting farmers? PIPESTONE is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing team in Pipestone, MN. This role plays an important part in monitoring accounts and managing customer billing while working closely with producers and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date billing system
• Submit invoices and statements to customers
• Perform billing, collection, and reporting activities by established deadlines
• Communicate professionally with producers and team members
• Support accounts receivable processes with attention to detail
• Multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Solid understanding of accounts receivable processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines while working with a progressive management team

Qualifications

• 2-year accounting degree preferred
• 3 years of accounts receivable experience
• Customer service experience and livestock background are helpful, but not required

Work Environment

• Office setting utilizing a variety of computer software

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Regular use of computers, keyboards, and office equipment

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
