Job Description

The AR Analyst is responsible for supporting the AR Credit and Collections team with daily billings and monthly collections.

Responsibilities :

The duties listed below are intended only as examples of the various types of work that you may be asked to perform. You may be asked to perform other duties as assigned from time to time

  • Process and generate customer invoices daily. Work closely with the logistics team to obtain proof of deliveries.
    • Maintain the global customer master file as a member of the Customer Master Data team
    • Process credit and debit memos relating to Return Goods Authorizations, royalties, etc.
    • Research and resolve customer issues and discrepancies relating to payments and/or invoices.
    • Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to resolve any customer issues/disputes.
    • Distribute invoices to customers in a timely manner
    • Send monthly statements and reconcile assigned accounts
    • Review overdue invoices and communicate with customers via phone, email & vendor sites
    • Generate various reports and aging’s for month end close and as required.
    • Maintain professional customer service (both internal and external customers).

Qualifications/Skills :

Qualifications - Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum 0-1 year of experience with accounts receivable and credit and collections teams, working with domestic and international customer portfolios.
  • Ability to multi-task and self-manage deadlines with a strong sense of accountability to manage workload.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment.
  • Team oriented, self-starter who possesses an attention to detail.
  • Strong time management, organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education, Licenses & Certification

    • High school diploma required; AA degree preferred
    • Work Conditions

      • 4 days in office, optional Flex Fridays
      • Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
      • Sitting for extended periods of time; Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, etc.
