
Our Share the Dignity team is growing and therefore we are looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Administrator with a passion for crunching the numbers and helping to make a difference in the lives of others, to join our Finance and Strategy team.

The Accounts Receivable Administrator role is a new full-time role, for an initial 12-month period. Reporting to our Chief Financial Officer and working closely with our Finance and Strategy team, this role will ensure income is accurately recorded in the financial ledgers and reconciled across income streams. A significant element of this role will be to support internal users manage data entry into our Customer Relationship Management platform (Salesforce) and respond to key enquiries relating to Salesforce processes and information.

You will be someone who can bring their attention to detail, excellent numerical skills, can-do
attitude, ability to multi-task and proven experience and skills to help us achieve our goals. You will be a collaborative team player who pitches in when needed in a small team.
Being adaptable, flexible, positive, and enthusiastic is a must. As is your ability to establish warm and respectful relationships with all stakeholders of Share the Dignity and communicate effectively in person, via email and using online communication tools.
