For our team we are looking for:

Accounts Payable/Master Data Specialist with French, Dutch, Polish, Norwegian or Swedish

The Heidelberg Materials International Business Service Centre provides administrative, transactional and accounting services to in-scope countries and companies.

Your Tasks:

• Processing invoices, master data requests and other transactional activities through relevant workflow tools;
• Maintaining vendor, customer and material master data with a high level of accuracy;
• Providing timely and professional support to suppliers and internal stakeholders;
• Ensuring compliance with established procedures, controls and service level agreements (SLAs);
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives;
• Escalating non-standard requests or issues when necessary;
• Working with high levels of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Our requirements:
• Education, in relevant degree;
• Good command of French, Dutch, Polish, Norwegian or Swedish ;
• Good command of English;
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel);
• Organizational skills and ability to follow instructions and directions;
• Attention to detail & data entry accuracy;
• Ability to work as a part of a team;
• Good communication skills.
