What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Lead a team of 10+ Accounts Payables FTEs
✅ Manage daily performance and team development
✅ Define and track KPIs to support team success
✅ Conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings
✅ Support internal and external audits
✅ Drive continuous improvement of processes
✅ Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
What We’re Looking For
✅ 5+ years of experience in finance
✅ Proven leadership in finance teams
✅ Strong analytical and communication skills
✅ Solid understanding of accounting principles
✅ ERP systems and workflow tech knowledge
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
