Your next opportunity:

The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring the timely, accurate and compliant processing of supplier invoices and payment activities across Boral

Your day will involve:

  • Leading a team of Accounts Payable Officers in a high-volume environment
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, development planning and coaching conversations
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (internally and externally)
  • Prepare to be "hands on" to cover gaps in processes
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve account reconciliation issues
  • Driving process improvement within the accounts payable function

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years Accounts Payable experience in a medium to large organisation
  • Experience in leading an accounts payable processing team desirable
  • Working knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP platforms
  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and financial controls
  • Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
