Accounts Payable Specialists perform a full range of accounts payable functions working independently and efficiently to process invoices and payments in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local requirements, as well as RCHHC policies. Requires significant interaction with Accounting and Supply Chain Management and staff, as well as Department Managers and other RCHHC staff, and outside vendors.
H.S. Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
3 years of experience
Experience with Accounts Payable processing in an ERP system
Knowledge of State of California Sales Tax laws and regulations
Knowledge of Federal Form 1099 Reporting Requirements
Associate’s Degree
5 years of experience
Experience with PeopleSoft Accounts Payable
In addition to the tasks outlined in the job description, the Organization is undergoing an implementation of Workday HCM, PAY, FIN, and SCM. Experience with the accounts payable, suppliers, and purchase order processes within Workday is desirable.
The current salary range for this position is $23.10 to $31.77
