Realizar funciones de seguimiento a proveedores desempeñando funciones básicas de contabilidad y administrativas, para asegurar un procesamiento preciso y eficiente de las transacciones de cuentas por pagar. Actuar de acuerdo con nuestros principios y valores fundamentales.

Revisión y conciliación semanal de Estados de Cuenta de los proveedores y Entidades asignados.

Control y seguimiento de Cartas de no adeudo trimestrales.

Revisión de corridas semanales para la liberación de facturas a pago, controlando que los procedimientos estén alineados a los principios de contabilidad general y a las políticas internas de la empresa

Proporcionar soporte a Equipo Operativo y Shared Service Center en India

Elaboración de reportes semanales y mensuales.

Requerimientos especiales del SAT.

Actualización de datos bancarios y/o correos de los proveedores asignados.

Seguimiento a pagos especiales (críticos y anticipados)

Backup para cubrir tareas del área en caso necesario.
Contador Público Titulado, Administrador de Empresas Titulado o afines.
Mínimo 3 años en puesto Especialista de Cuentas por Pagar en empresas de servicios o industria relacionada a la logística.
