Accounts Payable Specialist

What You'll Do

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements accurately and on time.
• Verify invoice approvals in accordance with company authorization policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Partner with internal departments and vendors to investigate billing and payment issues.
• Review expense reports for compliance with company reimbursement guidelines.
• Ensure prepaid expenses and accruals are coded appropriately.
• Prepare month-end accruals and support monthly close activities.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation.
• Assist with additional accounting and finance projects as business needs evolve.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field from an accredited U.S. college or university, or currently completing your degree.
• Approximately one year of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
