Job Shift: DayThe Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing and monitoring payments and expenditures and performing the day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and verify invoices for goods and services. Determine correct coding of expenses, process invoice for payment, and manage weekly check run.
- Maintain vendors in appropriate Accounting system to ensure timely payment.
- Compile a recurring invoice list to assist in identifying regular invoices not received.
- Research and resolve billing issues.
- Maintain accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and files.
- Provide quality customer service to vendors and staff.
- Responsible for ensuring all time worked is properly and accurately recorded utilizing the appropriate, designated modes of timekeeping.
- Maintain open and clear communications with the owners, managers, and other employees of the Company.
