Job Category: AccountingWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist. In this role, your responsibilities will include receiving inventory, posting transactions to the correct general ledger accounts, and auditing information for accuracy. The role also involves general data entry and communication with other departments to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations. The ideal candidate is very organized, good with numbers, and has a desire to learn. Columbus Distributing Company is a family-owned sales and service corporation distributing Anheuser-Busch, Yuengling, craft, and imported beers in Franklin County, Ohio.
•    Receiving Inventory
•    Posting to Proper GLs
•    Auditing Information Given
•    Interdepartmental Communication
•    General Data Entry Tasks
•    Carries out additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications•    Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
•    Strong numerical and organizational skills.
•    High attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
