Job Category: Admin - ClericalEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all data entry on accounts payable, reconcile vendor statements, print payable checks and prepare for approval
- Enter any payments from cash customers and Net10 customers and follow up with customers to ensure accounts are timely paid
- Back up receptionist as needed to ensure their location has a high level of customer service
- File and maintain organized records
- Assist the accounting managers with any other administration functions needed

QualificationsEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:
An Associates of Business Administration with a major of accounting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and vendors.
- Complete knowledge of in house business systems and along with other partner systems.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service to management
- Ability to work independently and to have an eye on internal controls and keeping assets of the company safe.
- Must be able to prioritize and keep all areas of responsibility up to date
Physical Requirements:
