Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level functional support to SAP FI-AP users.
  • Train users and document operational procedures.
  • Participate in functional testing (UAT) and development validations.
  • Propose and implement improvements and automation in AP processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Actively participate in projects assigned to the AP area.
  • Monitor key indicators such as GR/IR, Aging, and payment exceptions. • Respond to requests from internal and external customers (auditors, vendors, internal departments).
  • Solve invoice verification and processing issues, including credit and debit notes.
  • Control the workflow in Process Director and follow up on invoice cycles.
  • Monitor the GR/IR account (Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt).
  • Analyze AP aging (FBL1N) and take corrective actions.
  • Generate and continuously improve reports in Excel and SAP.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and ICS controls.
  • Provide customer service related to accounts payable for internal and external stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable processes and SAP FI-AP usage.
  • Knowledge of audits, internal controls, and tax compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and customer orientation.
  • Ability to work in teams and participate in cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
