Entertainment Technology Partners (ETP) is seeking a Full-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to support our finance operations in Orlando, FL.

As a Full-Time Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the financial heartbeat of our organization—ensuring vendors are paid accurately, records are organized, and processes run smoothly.
✅ Invoice Processing – Reconcile, code, and process invoices for payment while verifying purchase orders, authorizations, and accuracy
✅ Vendor Relations – Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain up-to-date records
✅ Financial Accuracy – Review accounts payable aging reports, open purchase order logs, and ensure proper documentation
✅ Tax & Compliance – Collect W-9s, track resale certificates, and assist with sales/use tax reporting and year-end 1099 processing
✅ Reporting & Support – Generate payable analyses, assist in special financial projects, and provide receptionist backup as needed
🔹 Education & Experience – Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 1+ year of relevant experience
🔹 Attention to Detail – Accuracy and consistency in reviewing invoices and maintaining vendor records
🔹 Communication Skills – Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors
🔹 Technical Skills – Familiarity with accounting systems and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency preferred)
