
Accounts Payable Senior Analyst - USIn this role, you will partner closely with Treasury to support U.S. cash forecasting, including weekly and 13-week forecasts, while working collaboratively with the AP team in Bangalore to drive process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency. You will serve as the subject matter expert for key U.S. AP processes—such as Ariba, virtual cards, CASS/Telenium invoices, recurring payments, and Legal Tracker—while reconciling related accounts, leading KPI reporting, and ensuring compliance with U.S. tax regulations, including preparation of 1099 and 1042 filings.
You will also lead and support U.S.-based projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, and new technology implementations, partnering cross-functionally to improve end-to-end processes. In addition, you will provide training and guidance to U.S. employees and AP team members and collaborate with the Global AP Manager to design and implement processes aligned with U.S. requirements. This role requires a high level of independence, with the ability to self-manage priorities and deliver results while working with a manager in another region.
Please note that this role requires on-site presence five days per week, Monday through Friday.

The following are required for the role
Bachelor’s degree in a finance or accounting-related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Over 5+ years’ experience in accounts payable, finance, or a related field, such as Procure-to- Pay
Ability to extract data from source systems and manipulate it in Microsoft Excel
Experience in a manufacturing setting
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Good communication skills to work with other departments and external suppliers
Experience working in SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, navigating accounting and/or purchasing modules
Working knowledge of purchase-to-pay business processes
Familiarity with automated invoice processing

Base Pay Range: $74,700 - $109,560
