The Opportunity
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within a global finance team, supporting key Accounts Payable processes in a company that is continuously growing. You will be part of a dynamic environment where you can learn, improve processes, and strengthen your analytical and operational skills.
You will gain visibility into the monthly closing process, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and support the management of key performance indicators. This role will allow you to grow in a collaborative environment, gain exposure to corporate tools, and access professional development opportunities.
How you’ll make an impact
Execute monthly closing activities.
Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Meet defined SLAs and KPIs with accuracy and quality.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during the closing process.
Provide information to the reporting and analysis team.
Ensure excellent service to internal customers.
Identify improvement opportunities within the area’s processes.
Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and guidelines.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Fluent English.
1–2 years of experience (audit experience preferred).
Knowledge of SAP (desirable).
Availability to participate in monthly closing cycles.
Advanced Excel skills.
