What You'll Do:

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of supplier accounts while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Processing and reviewing invoices with precision, accuracy and efficiency
• Building strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders by providing assistance to resolving supplier queries
• Supporting timely and accurate payment runs
• Reconciliation of Supplier Month End Statements
• Managing high-volume invoice processing and accounts payable workflows
• Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and payment queries
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls
• Maintaining accurate supplier records and account information
• Assist with ad hoc accounts payable tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Intermediate computer skills, including experience with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting targets
• A positive team-focused attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality work
