Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the end-to-end AP function across multiple entities and currencies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using Concur, managing international payments, and working in a multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable team
• Oversee invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor account management
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger to the general ledger
• Manage month-end close activities related to AP
• Support audits and internal reporting requirements
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and international teams
• Provide guidance and support to AP staff

Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with Concur expense and invoice systems
• Strong understanding of multi-currency and multi-entity AP operations
• Proficient in accounting systems and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
