For our accounts payable department at our Bydgoszcz plant we are looking for a colleague.

Accounts Payable Intern (f/m/d)

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• You verify accounting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and standards
• You learn and support the process of posting purchase invoices in SAP S4HANA
• You support document management activities, including scanning, archiving, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
• You assist in the implementation and development of digitization initiatives and processes
• You participate in month-end and year-end closing activities
• You perform various administrative and operational support tasks

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• You are a recent graduate and/or a final-year student in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
• You are responsible, detail-oriented, and process strong analytical skills
• You have strong communication skills, and open personality, a proactive attitude, and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• You are fluent in English
• You have knowledge of MS Office, experience with SAP S4HANA will be considered an advantage
