Are you a data-driven finance professional with a passion for turning numbers into meaningful business insights? Join Parkdean Resorts as a Financial Reporting Analyst and play a key role in delivering accurate reporting, driving continuous improvement, and supporting business performance across our Record to Report Team.

In this varied and impactful role, you'll analyse financial and operational data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide reporting and insights that help shape decision-making across the business. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams, ensuring data accuracy while contributing to finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.

What you will be doing...

• Producing accurate and timely financial and operational reporting, management information, and KPI analysis.
• Analysing data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Extracting, validating, reconciling, and investigating data from multiple systems and sources.
• Presenting findings through clear analysis, reporting, and data visualisation, providing actionable recommendations.
• Supporting projects aligned to finance and wider business priorities.
• Helping improve reporting processes, controls, efficiencies, and ways of working across Finance Shared Services.
• Completing recurring reporting, reconciliations, and operational finance activities to agreed deadlines.
• Documenting processes and sharing knowledge to support team resilience and continuous improvement.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism, compliance, and customer service.
• Supporting a culture of continuous improvement and business transformation.

About you...

• Part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or qualified by experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience analysing large volumes of data and translating findings into business insight.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence presenting data to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
• Flexible and resilient, with the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to accuracy, quality, and excellent customer service.
