How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead and inspire a team of Accounts Payable professionals to achieve operational excellence.
Oversee end-to-end AP processes, including invoice processing and vendor management.
Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with procurement, treasury, and finance teams to optimize workflows.
Manage vendor relationships and resolve complex payment issues.
Prepare and analyze AP reports to identify trends and improvement areas.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
7+ years of progressive AP experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Expertise in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
