As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll be an important member of our Accounting team, helping to ensure invoices are processed accurately, vendors are supported professionally, and financial information is managed with precision and care. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates effectively, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment where teamwork and continuous improvement are valued.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Match invoices and packing slips
  • Enter AP invoices to be paid
  • Code manual invoices
  • Investigate and resolve problem invoices and packing slips
  • Complete paperwork to setup new Vendors
  • Assist Payables manager with Month End accruals
  • Scan and load all invoices and support into system
  • Back-up receptionist during breaks
  • Perform other duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounting position
  • Must be HIGHLY detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, etc.
  • Must display strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to multi-task while remaining calm under pressure
  • Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude
