Salary Range: $27.00 - $30.00 Hourly

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain vendor records including W-9 and insurance information
- Receive, process and post all vendor invoices on a daily basis.
- Reconcile reports for correct allocation of charges and payments.
- Check all invoices, vouchers, and check requests; obtain appropriate payment approval.
- Post and reconcile intercompany postings.
- Execute accounts payable checks for mailing.
- Maintain sublet schedule.
- Reconcile factory statement.
- Process yearly 1099’s.
- Answer all vendor inquiries.
- Assist in monthly closing.
- Prepare analysis of accounts.
- Process unclaimed property reports

QualificationsMinimum two (2) years’ Automotive Accounting experience in a fast-paced automotive business office environment required.  Tekion experience preferred.
