For the past 30 years, our client has been one of the largest and most respected General Contractors in Florida, specializing in concrete restoration, stucco, waterproofing, interior and exterior painting, and more. They are hiring an AP Clerk to support day-to-day accounting operations from their Hialeah office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term opportunity where they can be trained and developed. This role is ideal for someone who works well with numbers, data entry, and administrative detail, can keep pace in a fast-moving office, and wants to grow within an accounting support role.

What You’ll Do
• Enter invoices and support daily accounts payable processing
• Assist with purchase orders, orders, and invoice entry
• Follow up with vendors regarding invoices, statements, and related items
• Help with statement reconciliations and general AP support tasks
• Maintain organized records and accurate data entry
• Support the accounting team with day-to-day administrative and accounting-related tasks
What You Bring
• Prior experience in accounts payable, accounting support, data entry, bookkeeping, or office administration is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
• Comfortable working with numbers and repetitive transactional tasks
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable, reliable, and motivated to learn
• Basic computer skills required
• QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience is a plus
