Homelessness is the largest social and public health crisis in California. Illumination Health + Home is a growing non-profit organization dedicated towards disrupting the cycle of homelessness by providing targeted, interdisciplinary services in our recuperative care centers, emergency shelters, housing services and children's and family programs. IH+H currently has 13+ facilities with 22+ micro-communities scattered across Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire.The Accounts Payable Clerk primarily responsible is for payments to vendors and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling vendor invoices. To be successful as an Accounts Payable Clerk should be able to investigate and resolve AP issues and ensure strict compliance with company and regulatory standards. The Accounts Payable Clerk should be able to work independently and make sound decisions around calculating, processing, and auditing all facets of the AP and Expense reporting process while under the guidance of the Accounts Payable Manager. As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you should have excellent written and verbal skills and a high numerical aptitude along with maintaining a high aptitude of discretion with sensitive information.
The pay for this position is $25.50 per hour, depending on experience.Illumination Health + Home is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that provides targeted, interdisciplinary services for the most vulnerable homeless adults and children to disrupt the cycle of homelessness. The organization provides a full continuum of care from street to home, including case management, medical coordination, behavioral health and substance use counseling, and housing navigation to our vulnerable clients in shelters/navigation centers, family emergency homes, recuperative care/medical respite facilities, and permanent supportive housing.
