We are on Fire! Ignite Medical Resorts home office is Hiring!

This is an onsite position, not Hybrid or Remote.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Accounts Payable Associate II to join our finance team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and timely processing of invoices.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience with various software and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Invoice processing (Data Entry)

· Contribute to automation of tasks and documentation of processes

· Ensure that invoices are processed in accordance with established processes and procedures.

· Respond to Vendor and staff inquiries

· Request W-9’s, email addresses and assist in e-payment setup

· Assist with Month End processes

· Assist with mid-month reporting and reconciliations

· Statement processing

· Strong Verbal and written communication skills

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years Accounts Payable experience

High-Volume Data Entry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (V-lookup and Pivot Tables)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Sage Intacct

Experience with Bill.com
