  • Own end-to-end processing of travel-related invoices — including hotel commissions, airline invoices, and travel agency billing — from receipt through payment.
  • Code and route invoices accurately, ensuring proper allocation and timely approvals.
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders, receipts, and approvals; resolve discrepancies before they impact payment cycles.

  • Monitor vendor payment schedules to ensure all invoices are settled on time and in accordance with agreed terms.
  • Maintain audit-ready financial records and documentation in line with compliance standards.
  • Act as the operational point of contact for travel vendors, handling payment inquiries and billing disputes efficiently.
  • Execute month-end close tasks, including reconciliations, accruals, and reporting, to meet finance deadlines.
  • Partner with the WWE Travel Department to support audits and spend analysis on travel-related costs.
  • Operate and help optimize AI-powered invoice automation tools, identifying manual bottlenecks and recommending process improvements.

Required Skills

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable, travel administration, or a related accounting operations role.
  • Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented, organized approach to high-volume work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfort working with financial systems and automation tools.
  • Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
