Accounts Payable Analyst

What You’ll Do
Compile and process invoices owed to suppliers and other organisations
Validate supplier invoices against purchase orders to ensure accuracy Perform invoice to PO matching, ensuring approvals and procedures are followed
Verify purchase order details and interpret Levels of Authority
Maintain accurate invoice and transaction records
Review vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
Work directly with vendors and internal stakeholders on queries, past due balances and reconciliations
Process payments via EFT
Support credit card administration and reconciliations
Identify and escalate issues or process gaps to improve efficiency and compliance
