
Accounts Payable Administrator – Mexico & Central America
About the Role
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to support the execution of the Accounts Payable process across Mexico and Central America. This role is responsible for invoice processing, payment execution, supplier support, compliance activities, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to internal and external stakeholders. The position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative regional finance environment while supporting both local and global business operations.
Execute the end-to-end Accounts Payable process in an effective and cost-efficient manner.
Process, validate, and record supplier invoices in SAP.
Generate and monitor supplier payments in accordance with established schedules.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and legal requirements.
Perform quality checks and support service delivery according to agreed processes and service levels.
Provide timely support to suppliers, employees, managers, and finance stakeholders regarding payment and invoice inquiries.
Support month-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial records.
Participate in internal and external audits and support the resolution of audit findings.
Communicate with local and international suppliers, including English-speaking vendors.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance function.
Experience with SAP (R/3 or S/4) is highly preferred.
Experience with Invoice Track, Ariba, or similar AP platforms is an advantage.
Knowledge of invoice processing, payment execution, and supplier management.
Understanding of Mexican fiscal requirements, including VAT and payment complements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
English communication skills (written and verbal) to support supplier interactions and participate in global meetings
