About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our dynamic and experienced Finance team. In this role, you will support several markets across Europe and North America, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of supplier invoices while delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Working within a fast-paced international environment, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality financial operations, strengthening supplier relationships, and identifying opportunities to improve and automate processes.

What You Will Do

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will:

  • Process supplier invoices in SAP in accordance with Essity's global policies and standards.
  • Manage supplier communications and ensure inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support internal stakeholders by addressing accounts payable-related requests and tickets.
  • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, liaising with suppliers and business partners when needed.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple countries to deliver efficient and high-quality service.
  • Support accounts payable activities across several international markets.

Who You Are

You are detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve shared goals. You take ownership of your work, continuously seek ways to improve, and build positive relationships with stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable position.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • High levels of accountability, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with SAP and Microsoft Office 365.
