Roles and Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Processing
- Enter supplier invoices into the Timberscan system accurately and promptly
- Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
- Ensure invoices are correctly coded and aligned with accounting requirements
Contract & System Coordination
- Review contracts and change orders (COs) in Procore for accuracy
- Export validated data into the ERP system
- Ensure proper documentation and system alignment across platforms
Invoice Approval & Payments
- Facilitate invoice approval and payment processing for vendors such as:
- Alliant
- UPS
- Amazon
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and payments
Administrative Support
- Assist the accounting team with general administrative and ad hoc tasks
- Maintain organized records and documentation for audit and compliance
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable or administrative roles
- Experience in invoice processing and data entry
- Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP platforms
Minimum Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, or Administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to follow processes and maintain data integrity
- Proactive and reliable work ethic
Proficient With:
- Data entry and accounting systems (e.g., Timberscan, ERP systems)
- Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Document management and invoice processing systems
Experience Advantage:
- Experience with Procore or construction-related systems
- Exposure to accounts payable workflows and vendor coordination
- Experience in high-volume invoice processing environments
