BizTek People is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate! Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Contract Duration: 3 months with high potential for extension Accounts Payable Associate We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate who is organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle AP, including PO/non-PO invoices, payments, reconciliations, accruals, and balance sheet substantiation Support month-end close and journal entries Manage vendor onboarding and supplier records Resolve invoice disputes, PO variances, payment issues, reissues, and voids Support Travel & Expense processes and corporate card programs Support and configure Concur and related T&E applications Assist with audits, reporting, AP controls, and documentation Qualifications 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience Significant hands-on Concur experience Travel & expense reporting Knowledge of general accounting principles and AP processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Associate degree or equivalent Excellent communication (written and verbal) Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality #AccountsPayable, #FinanceJobs, #AccountingCareers, #APSpecialist, #Concur, #MonthEndClose, #InvoiceProcessing, #FinancialOperations, #VendorManagement, #AuditSupport, #CorporateFinance, #HybridJobs, #AccountingJobs, #Expense #travel #FinanceProfessionals, #APJobs #bank #investmentbank
