What You'll Be Doing |MōteTūranga
In this position, you willbe responsible forprocessing invoices and credit notes, managing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc payment runs,maintainingcreditor master data, and completing supplier reconciliations in line with agreed timelines and organisational policies. You will build andmaintainstrong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, respond to creditor queries, and proactively follow up outstanding approvals to ensure smooth workflow and prompt payments. You will alsohave the opportunity tocontribute to special projects, support colleagues during absences

You’rea detail-oriented and organised Accounts Payable professional who takes pride in deliveringaccuratework and meeting deadlines. You will bring strong numerical and reconciliation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach to building positive relationships with both suppliers and colleagues. Comfortable working with financial systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, you will have a keen eye foridentifyingdiscrepancies, the ability to prioritise competing tasks, and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement. Most importantly, you will be a collaborative team player whodemonstratesprofessionalism, accountability, and a commitment to achieving high-quality results.
