ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Process weekly payment of vendor invoices
Complete AP closing process.
Review, process, and upload medical supply invoices.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations as required.
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Review and post GL journal entries
Prepare, review, and distribute financial reports.
Obtain tax id number/W-9 from all vendors.
Any and all other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of related experience
Strong Microsoft Office, Internet, and email skills
QuickBooks experience preferred
