PURPOSE OF JOB

To assist the Associate Director/Manager
and team with operational tasks. This is an excellent position for an
individual who wants to development their knowledge in trust or has worked
within an internal finance role previously and has had experience working with
accounting packages delivering a high-quality output.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Preparation and Review of daily operational tasks, such as invoices, credit notes, onboarding of new clients, and sales ledger related queries.
  
• Managing a busy inbox and allocating queries to the team accordingly.
  
• Liaise with Administration Teams to ensure and promote adherence to deadlines and delivery of billing processes and Service Level Agreements (SLA’).
  
• Review & Processing client entity closedown requests.
  
• Assist with month-end reporting tasks.
  
• Assist with ad-hoc projects/requests.
  
• Uphold the Group’s policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed.
  
• Adhere to Risk & Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
  
• Adhere to JTC core values and expected behaviours.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  
• Team player, ability to work well with a team.
  
• Experienced in financial operations (sales ledger).
