Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join a newly established operation in Abu Dhabi . The ideal candidate will have previous ADGM experience and a strong background in international finance and accounting. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and managing the company’s finance and accounting functions and should be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Set up and manage finance and accounting processes for a new company. Oversee financial reporting, controls, compliance, and accounting operations. Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial records. Support budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting. Ensure compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements. Identify and implement effective finance processes and controls. Provide financial insights and support business decision-making. Work independently and proactively to address financial and operational requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field . Previous ADGM experience is essential . Strong experience in international finance and accounting. Experience in setting up finance and accounting functions for a new company. Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and compliance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and organisational skills.
