Location: Karachi

The client is looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive to maintain comprehensive accounting records for their showroom. The role is centered around maintaining operational ledger transparency, tracking vehicle-related transactions, managing customer and loan balances, and handling complete financial reporting to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, recording complete transaction data for showroom vehicle sales, purchases, and operational expenses.

- Supervise supplier/customer ledgers, monitor outstanding balances, and track cars issued on loan alongside their respective payment agreements.

- Execute bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations alongside payment aging structures for payables and receivables.

- Prepare periodic financial reporting pipelines including monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, stock movement, and daily status accounts.

Tools / Software

- Proficiency in MS Excel.

- Proficiency in Accounting Software.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

- Professional certifications such as ICMA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred.

Experience Level

Required Experience 1–2 Years of professional bookkeeping and reconciliation experience.

Preferred Industry Background: Automobile sector or showroom/dealership environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Offered: PKR 80,000 per month.
