Role Overview

We are a Chennai-based IT solutions company seeking a
mid-level
Accounts & Finance Executive
to support and manage daily accounting and
finance activities. The role requires hands-on experience in accounting
operations, taxation compliance, and cloud-based accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage
  day-to-day accounting activities
  including entries, ledgers, and
  reconciliations
• 
  Handle
  Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  functions
• 
  Prepare
  monthly financial reports and assist in closing activities
• 
  Manage
  GST compliance
  including returns, reconciliations, and
  documentation
• 
  Support
  Income Tax filings
  ,
  and
  statutory audits
• 
  Maintain
  accurate financial records and ensure statutory compliance
• 
  Work
  on
  cloud-based accounting software
  such as
  Zoho Books
  or
  similar platforms
• 
  Perform
  bank reconciliations and assist in cash flow monitoring
• 
  Coordinate
  with internal teams, auditors, and tax consultants

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 
  B.Com
  or M.Com
  with relevant accounting experience
• 
  4–5
  years of experience
  in Accounting and Finance
• 
  Working
  knowledge of
  GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
• 
  Experience
  using
  cloud-based accounting tools
  (Zoho Books preferred)
• 
  Good
  working knowledge of MS Excel
