Network Solutions is looking for an ambitious Accountant to provide support to the Finance department in Treasury profile by managing daily accounting tasks. Will be working on Singapore entity Treasury Function. Will part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the accounting records and processes.

Dreamscape is a Singapore base entity and is having business and offices spread over Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines Ukraine and U.S.A. We are searching for a skilled Treasury specialist to join our team to help process, track, and record Treasury matters in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The Treasury specialist will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Foreign Banking process, Treasury matters and able to work comfortably with documentations, coordinating with various Bankers.

The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient Banking operation of the department and can assist in making the right decisions and accomplish long term success.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

• Tracking updating Daily Cash Balances across all Banks.
• Weekly Cashflow forecasting for Dreamscape.
• Ensuring timely payment to suppliers / Tax authorities / Registry payment / Affiliate payments / Foreign payments.
• Liaising with Casual Buyer / Business Team for issues related to payments suppliers, Advances, Credit Card funding and tracking of expense.
• Monitoring and managing payment getaways like PayPal.
• Closing working with Banks for documentation in regard to change of signatories, KYC updation etc.
• Managing Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Assist Senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly closings.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

• Having experience of 4 to 5 years in bachelor’s degree of Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with accounting software ERPs like SAP (Knowledge Electronic Bank Reconciliation Statement (MT940) is must.
• Should be familiar with International / Foreign bank processes / documentations. Must be well acquainted with online banking process.
• Excellent communication, problem solving attitude and time management skills.
• Ready to work in shift (08:00 am to 05:00 IST).
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
