Accountabilities:

The Accounts Executive / Sr Executive will support accounting and finance operations by ensuring accurate reporting, timely processing, and effective coordination across teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, ownership of financial processes, and the ability to manage accounting activities independently.

• Perform daily accounting activities including journal entries, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and maintenance of financial records.
• Track invoices, payments, expenses, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and support financial reporting activities, including P&L, balance sheet, and cost analysis reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting by compiling and analyzing relevant financial data.
• Manage SAP operations, including transaction postings, report generation, and support for finance processes using the FICO module.
• Support audit activities by maintaining proper documentation and assisting with internal and statutory compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with finance teams across different countries and time zones to ensure smooth operational coordination.
• Support finance closing activities and contribute to process improvements where required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have accounting expertise, strong analytical skills, and experience working with financial systems and reporting processes. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with international stakeholders.

• CA or CA-Inter qualification preferred.
• 2–6 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, MIS reporting, or related back-office roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
• Hands-on experience or exposure to SAP, particularly the FICO module.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in financial records.
• Ability to manage priorities, take ownership of tasks, and work independently.
• Comfortable working Brazil time zone shifts, starting around 3 PM or 4 PM India time.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for working with international teams.
