
Join Our Team as an Accounts Executive (Mandarin Speaker)!
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Executive to support our client' financial operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with numbers, maintaining organized financial records, and contributing to smooth accounting processes within a growing organization.
Location: Kelana Jaya (accessible by public transport)
Work Mode: Hybrid, 1 Day WFH
Position: Accounts Executive (Mandarin Speaker)
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Prepare invoices, payment records, and financial documentation
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
Assist with bank reconciliation and monitor financial transactions
Ensure accounting entries are accurately updated in the accounting system
Support month-end closing activities and basic financial reporting
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles
Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Able to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
Remunerations:
RM3,500 – RM4,500
