Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Accounts Executive
to join a dynamic team in
Ipoh
. The ideal candidate will be a key player in managing the full spectrum of accounting functions while also assisting with day-to-day operations and occasional HR-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• 
  Manage the
  full sets of accounts
  , ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• 
  Prepare and monitor
  cash flow
  and banking facilities, and perform
  bank reconciliations
  .

• 
  Assist in day-to-day operations and activities within the accounts department.

• 
  Prepare ad-hoc reports and undertake other duties as assigned by management.

• 
  Supervise, lead, and coach subordinates when necessary.

Requirements

• 
  A
  Diploma
  or higher in Accounting or a related field.

• 
  A
  positive
  and
  proactive
  attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• 
  An independent and dynamic individual who is a quick learner.

• 
  Knowledge of
  ProAccwin
  or
  UBS accounting software
  is a plus.

• 
  Some experience or knowledge in human resources functions is an advantage.
