Accounts Executive

Location:
Kochi, India

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process incoming invoices within a fully digital workflow
  
• Serve as a primary contact for internal teams and external vendors, handling account clarifications and payment reminders
  
• Prepare payments and manage bank transactions reliably and on time
  
• Organize and prioritize the accounting inbox to ensure a structured and responsive approach
  
• Collaborate with operational teams to support effective cash flow and liquidity management
  
• Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• Completed apprenticeship in Business Administration, ideally already some years of relevant work experience
  
• Initial experience in financial accounting
  
• Independent, precise, and detail-oriented working style
  
• A hands-on attitude and strong team spirit that motivates and supports colleagues
  
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and experience in an international environment; German language skills are a plus
• Appreciation for working in an international and intercultural environment, with a solid understanding of the value of diversity and inclusive collaboration.
