Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Specialist with a strong background in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of hands-on experience, with expertise in QuickBooks and tax management. The Accounts Specialist will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and assisting in tax preparation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in tax preparation, filing, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on QuickBooks and tax management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
