Job Description

We are representing a well-established food manufacturing company based in Seksyen 23, Shah Alam As they are expanding, they are looking for an Accounts Executive experienced in handling full sets of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and inventory-related accounting for production.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal departments on financial matters.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts
  • Experience in SAP & proficiency in MS-excel will be preferable.
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, team player and able to work independently.

Working hours and days

Mondays - Fridays (9am - 6pm)
